Bowling with the Brotherhood
THIS IS A CLOSED EVENT!!
Bowling with the Brotherhood will kick off a powerful and purposeful series of upcoming events dedicated to men's mental health advocacy. This gathering will bring men together for a night of bowling, laughter, and connection—all while promoting emotional wellness and breaking down the stigma around mental health.
More than just a night out, the event will serve as a safe space where men can show up as their authentic selves, build meaningful relationships, and begin forming a strong support network. It’s about creating a culture of brotherhood rooted in openness, strength, and mutual respect.
With Bowling with the Brotherhood as the first of many, this event will set the tone for a growing movement—one that fosters healing, conversation, and a community where men uplift one another.
***If you would like to be added to the group to attend future events, please fill out the Contact section and send a message with your name and phone number and we will reach out to you!

-
Speak it.
Mental Health Mondays will be an ongoing series designed to create a safe, judgment-free space where men can come together, connect, and grow. These gatherings will provide an opportunity for men to step outside of routine thinking, be challenged to shift perspectives, and explore new ways of approaching mental and emotional well-being.
Each session will encourage open dialogue, peer support, and intentional reflection, with the goal of breaking the silence surrounding men’s mental health. Through guided conversations, thought-provoking topics, and shared experiences, participants will be empowered to challenge limiting beliefs, embrace vulnerability, and begin or continue their healing journey.
Mental Health Mondays will be more than just a meeting—it will be a movement toward healthier minds, stronger connections, and a renewed sense of brotherhood.

Read it.
Author Signing Series - Join us for a powerful and intimate series of Author Signing Events featuring the compelling voice behind the published works Hear My Cry and Thoughts of Suicide. These events will celebrate the journey of our writer who transforms pain into purpose, using poetry to give voice to the silent battles many face.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet the author, hear the stories and emotions that inspired his work, and get a first look at upcoming book releases that continue to explore themes of healing, mental health, and self-reflection. These events are more than book signings—they are experiences rooted in transparency, transformation, and the unapologetic power of words.
Through each verse and vulnerable expression, the author brings awareness to the healing art of poetry and creates space for others to feel seen, heard, and inspired.

Write it.
Writing to Release is an empowering event designed to help individuals tap into the healing power of writing. This gathering will offer a supportive space where participants are encouraged to express their thoughts, emotions, and experiences on paper—transforming pain into purpose and confusion into clarity.
Whether you're new to journaling or a seasoned writer, this event will guide you in using writing as a tool to organize your thoughts, release emotional weight, and unlock creativity. Through prompts, open dialogue, and shared reflection, attendees will discover the power of storytelling—both personal and poetic—as a vital outlet for mental and emotional well-being.
This event is not about perfect grammar or polished prose. It’s about being real, being present, and allowing your inner voice to speak freely. Come write, heal, and connect—with yourself and others.
